Height and tilt angle adjustment features of our keyboard tray allows you to position your elbows and wrists at the optimum height and angle. The tray positions your keyboard and mouse lower and closer to your body, allowing you to adopt and maintain a neutral working posture. Position adjustment is easy. Simple turn of the knob adjusts the tilt angle (negative, neutral or positive position) and the height (up to 5.5 inches of total height adjustment). Re-tighten the knob to lock the position. Just pull or push the plate to adjust the position of the tray.
