Not Non-Stick
Definitely not non-stick. still slides all over my desk.

Not the best wrist rest
I have used this for a while. It gives support but the beads shift and I am constantly fluffing the rest to get the beads redistributed. I bought a different mouse pad with wrist support to use. This is okay-I prefer the gel or if this would have had more beads in it for better support.
