Seems to be helping to relieve Carpal Tunnel
I've developed carpal tunnel syndrome and I knew I needed a different mouse pad. I hadn't planned on getting the keyboard wrist rest too but figured I'd try both of these Kensington products. It took a little getting used to something being in front of my keyboard but I do believe it has helped. And it doesn't hurt that they're pretty!

Wrist rest
One of the most comfortable wrist rests I have used. The ridges are strategically placed and can't say enough about the comfort!
