Constant Connection Loss
I bought everyone on our staff this product but everyone including myself is having trouble with the mouse and the keyboard staying connected. We all have new laptops so I'm confident it's not our hardware. I have tried using it with a Bluetooth connection and the the USB wireless connection - still having connection issues. Amazing!
I love the ability to switch between devices without having to remove a USB each time! I also love how I can program the side buttons for different things and can change the scrolling wheel to be faster with a button. This makes my work so much more efficient!

Issues staying connected to bluetooth
The first few days of using the keyboard I did not have any issues by the third day the keyboard keeps losing connection and I have to wait for it to reconnect to continue working. This keyboard replaced my wireless microsoft keyboard and I never had connection issues with it.

Great Keyboard & Mouse
These were needed due to the fact that the keyboard and mouse that came with the laptops that we ordered started typing and deleting on their own with a few individuals.

Great Keyboard

Wrist rest not soft enough
The wrist rest has a very thin layer of cushion. Not enough to feel comfortable just enough to not be hard. Otherwise the combo works great. I especially like the thumb button on the mouse that shows all open windows and the ability to connect three devices. I just wish that it came with more receivers since bluetooth connections are not possible with my current comput...

great keyboard and mouse option for multi-computers
I work on 2 different systems on a daily basis. The Bluetooth configuration is seamless and well done switching on the fly via the dedicated buttons. Ergo design of the keyboard is nice and the mouse feels comfortable in my hand. Its only been a couple of weeks but off to a great start and not regretting anything yet.
